They say diamonds are a girls best friend. I started my journey in retail, in jewellery with Harrods around 18 years ago, I have now returned to my passion and the origin that I love. I have joined Damas as their first female CEO in over a century. Damas Jewellery was founded in 1907 as a goldsmith with its first store in Dubai's Gold Souq in 1959, a store that is still there today. Today Damas has a portfolio of over 40 international luxury brands and in-house brands. With 230 stores spread across GCC, it has secured a global trademark. I am honoured to hold this seat and represent a new vision for this group.

Fashion and Jewellery are two sides of a coin that compliment each other and we all know that jewellery and accessories complete an outfit and add that special something. My vision is to build on the legacy that Damas has created and take the company to new heights, as an empowered women and as an ambassador for women in the region and globally.
